The 18-story Denny's Building has gone by several names since opening in 1990. The structure is topped by a two-story auditorium.

The complex of three buildings in the background form the Chapman Cultural Center (b. 2007). Housed within are two performing arts theaters, a history museum, a science center, and space for visual arts, ballet, and other goodies.
