A birds-eye view of Downtown

The 18-story Denny's Building has gone by several names since opening in 1990. The structure is topped by a two-story auditorium.

Close up of Denny's HQ. Grand Slam, anyone?

The complex of three buildings in the background form the Chapman Cultural Center (b. 2007). Housed within are two performing arts theaters, a history museum, a science center, and space for visual arts, ballet, and other goodies.

Foreground: SPARTA Bus Terminal. Eight routes comprise the current mass transit system which replaced electric trolley cars that once plied Main Street. Background: "The Hanger," a youth-oriented facility operated by the First Baptist Church whose steeple can be seen in the distance.

Seen in the background are upscale condos which are popular with retirees due to proximity to the library and restaurants.
