The John Batchelor Show aired on WABC radio as the Batchelor and Alexander show after the 9-11 attack on New York City. This is an elegant show covering John's eclectic interests, including history, space science, politics, and much more. WIth stringers all around the globe, he really is "ahead of the curve" on many issues. Several well-known media types got their start on John's show. A self-styled "liberal Republican," whatever that means, John is not a pontificator, but simply the best interviewer SS has ever heard. (He has mentioned Spartanburg at least twice on his show, even pronouncing it correctly.)
The John Batchelor Show
Author, retired air traffic controller, gourmet cook, handgun aficionado, and photographer, this site reveals Doug's multiple areas of expertise. Oh, and add proud owner of a home solar array. Doug lives in El Paso, and on a visit to Sparkle City, impressed SS with his ability to dissect and analyze a dish at the former Stefano's restaurant. He was saddened to hear that it closed.
